POLISH SANDWICH/ DUPEness

Ok, this is one of the smartest DIY in nail art I’ve EVER seen. I’m totally gonna give this a try. I don’t own OPI’s Step Right Up but I’m guessing Essie’s Ballet Slippers will do! :) Here’s how: Here are two versions I did of this mani:  In the first one I used  2 coats of OPI’s Step Right Up, a coat of Deborah Lippmann’s Happy Birthday and topped it off with two more coats of Step Right Up.  I absolutely love how the milky, sheerness of Step Right Up mutes the jewel tones of Happy Birthday.  This could be such an inexpensive way to get the same look of Glitter In The Air, but by using the many dupes of Happy Birthday: Wet-nWild’s Party Of Five Glitters, Milani’s Gems, and ULTA’s Pinata-yada!
